The Wild World of Klorane

Happy Monday everyone, hope you had a wonderful weekend πŸ™‚

Last Tuesday we were lucky enough to be invited to a fantastic event hosted by Klorane at the stunning Mandrake Hotel in London.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Klorane , they are a French pharmacy brand who specialise in hair, face and body care products made in France which has been made from carefully selected plant-based active ingredients. We were introduced to Klorane last year and Emelie immediately fell in love with their Flax fiber range. Check out her full review here – Beauty Review – Klorane Flax Fiber Range

The brand has been around for about 50 years and was founded by a pharmacist at Castres (Tarn, France) called Pierre Fabre. Klorane’s founder wanted to create a brand that combined his passion for science and botany and this is how Klorane was born. Apart from producing gentle and effective products, Klorane pride themselves being as environmentally friendly as they can and you can clearly notice this company ethos through their commitment to use recycled and recyclable PET bottles and ensuring that their products are bio-degradable. In addition this they have just launched their new aerosol free dry shampoo and we were lucky enough to get our hands on the product during the event. A full review will follow once we’ve tested it for a longer period of timeπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ

The lovely girls over at Klorane also gave us a bag full of goodies to try out including ;

Oil control shampoo with Nettle

“This Nettle shampoo gently removes and regulates excess sebum. The scalp is purified and clean. Hair is left lightweight for longer allowing shampoos to be spaced out slowly”

The Oat Milk Shampoo

“This shampoo softens, protects and detangles. With a high paediatric tolerance and tested under dermatological control, it is perfectly suitable for children from 3 years old. Moisturised and protected, the whole family’s hair is left soft and silky.”

Mango Butter leave in conditioner

The cleaver scientists at Klorane have selected Mangifera indica L. species for its fatty acid-rich kernel with exceptionally nourishing properties.

This leave in conditioner promises to nourish your dry and brittle hair whilst helping you detangle your hair and a huge plus of this leave in conditioner is that it smells devine!

We have already fallen head over heels with Klorane’s Flax Fiber range and their wonderful dry shampoos so we cannot wait to try out the new products we were gifted, including their newly launched aresol free dry shampoo and their new makeup remover.

We promise to post a full review once we’ve tried and tested all the products 😊

Until next time,
